Who can buy from FI Designs?

FI Designs (Fashion Island) is a wholesale distribution business therefore only approved retail stores can purchase products.

I am a retail store, how do I place an order?

You will need to register as a retail buyer. There are a couple of options:

  • Sign up through our website and shop online
  • Email us at sales@fashionisland.ca
  • Call us at 604-788-4645

Once you have been approved as a retail buyer, we will provide access to our website to order. 

How does the pricing work on your website? By pack or by piece?

The prices listed on the website under each product is based on the pack cost, not the individual piece cost, unless otherwise stated or shown. For the most part the packs come in 3 with some exceptions. Therefore if a price for a style is listed at $90 and there are 3 pieces to a pack, the individual piece cost is $30.

What method of payment do you take?

We take credit and debit card, e-transfers, cheques.

 

I placed an order online, how long will it take to ship? 

We make getting your product to you, our priority. Typically, orders take 1-3 business days depending on where you are located. For full shipping details, please visit our shipping page.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can. We can provide you with a tracking number.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes!

Do you ship internationally?

We are not currently set up to ship outside of Canada.
