Refund Policy

We stand behind the product we buy therefore if you have any issues with damaged product, we will take care of it. We accept returns of damage items up to 10 days after receipt of goods. Please call or visit our office with product details (style #, size and colour) and reason for return. Alternatively you can email us with product details of damage goods.

If you can send a picture of the damage product, this will help speed up the process. Refunds will be issued onto the credit card or debit card (in person only) used to purchase goods, via e-transfer if this was your method of payment or we will issue you a credit to your account for future purchases.

Refund are issued for damage goods only.
