Shipping Orders

We ship across Canada. We will search out the least expensive option for you; however, if you prefer one over the other we will use your chosen shipping method. We are happy to ship other methods however if you choose your own shipping company you are responsible for all the fees they charge.

Local delivery in North or West Vancouver and North Burnaby is free. Local delivery within Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland is a flat rate shipping of $10 ($12 if shipping address is a home-based business not store front as there is a surcharge we are charged by shipping company). All other deliveries are dependent on location. We search different companies to find the lowest and best price for you.

Shipping deadlines for completed and paid for orders:

• Orders received by 10am will go out the same day via Canpar, Canada Post or Purolator
• Orders received by 1pm will go out the same day via Canada Post

If deadline is missed, orders will ship out next business day.

Majority of orders take 1-3 business days depending on where you are located. We can let you know expected date when we search shipping options. Exception to this is factors out of our control such as a Canada Post strike.

We can provide you with a tracking number. Please let us know if you would like this when we confirm your order.
